So, you have received an EPA Brownfields grant, and are working through the Workplan updates and driving towards receipt of your final executed EPA Grant Agreement - then, you wonder: How am I supposed to solicit bids to implement this brownfield grant?  This Forum is the place where ICMA TAB will provide information, best practices, guidance, helpful hints, and more.  Additionally, ICMA TAB will seek to promote Peer-to-Peer sharing of experiences in this space.

The concept of environmental justice (EJ) is about correcting historical injustices with respect to the disproportionate impact of pollution on certain socioeconomic groups. It also involves efforts to ensure that no one faces environmental harm from future redevelopment projects, including brownfield cleanups.

The TAB Program can provide guidance on site assessments as well as understanding how their findings determine properties clean up and redevelopment options.
