What solicitation guidance documents would be helpful while you put together your project's bid package? We are working on an ICMA TAB's Sample Brownfields Assessment Grant RFQ-P, that we will post to this forum soon.
Are there other brownfield grant sample RFQ-Ps you would like to see?

We have also attached the EPA's guidance document on competitively procuring a contractor.
